The Therapy Studio is located in a historic home in the Millcreek neighborhood of Salt Lake City. We’ve converted our beautiful old house into a warm, creative, healing space. It’s safe, sweet, and supportive.

What is art therapy?

Art therapy is a mental health profession that uses the creative process of art-making to improve and enhance the physical, mental and emotional well-being of individuals of all ages. It is based on the belief that the creative process involved in artistic self-expression helps people to resolve conflicts and problems, develop interpersonal skills, manage behavior, reduce stress, increase self-esteem and self-awareness, and achieve insight. (According to the American Art Therapy Association)

Do you accept insurance?
Currently, The Therapy Studio is not directly paneled with any insurance companies. However, we are more than happy to help you with the reimbursement process for out-of-network visits, if your plan has that benefit. We offer a complimentary “Verification of Benefits” (VOB) and can reach out to your insurance company to find out what your plan covers.
What is your pricing?

Our session rates are typically between $140-$160 per individual session, with a discount available for weekly sessions. Please contact us for more information on pricing for your specific needs.

Children, teens, families, those with mental illness(es), PTSD sufferers, adults going through divorce, parents, cancer patients and survivors—really, anyone who is going through a difficult time and needs help.
